Plutonios is the company behind Hotea
Plutonios Solutions S.r.l. is an Italian startup founded in 2024. We build Hotea, the AI assistant that answers guests of hotels, B&Bs and property managers on WhatsApp, website, OTAs, email and phone, in 130+ languages, 24/7.
What Hotea is
Hotea, or "Hotea by Plutonios", is Plutonios's AI guest platform. It replies to guests in seconds, sends quotes, suggests upgrades and extras, and passes to staff the requests that need a person.
Around the assistant there is a unified inbox for the team, automations for every stage of the stay, automatic upselling and an analytics dashboard.
Why we exist
A hotel front desk spends much of its day answering the same questions, across different channels and languages. Requests that arrive at night or at peak times go unanswered, and often end up as an OTA booking.
We built Hotea to take that repetitive work off staff and give them time back for hospitality, turning every conversation into better service and direct revenue.
The founding team
Francesco Rinaldi
Former IBM engineer and researcher in AI-based distributed systems, with hospitality experience.
Yahya Elyamine
Former travel-platform systems engineer, with front-desk experience as a hotel receptionist.
